What customers can do
Each switch saves straight away.
Show each account its own prices
Contract, band and promotion prices, exactly as the order desk would charge
Offer "my usual" as a one-tap reorder
Built from what they order most, changeable before they send it
Show stock as in stock or low, never the count
Short lines show the agreed alternative the account has said yes to
Let customers track the van on delivery day
Drop number and ETA from the driver app, the same answer the desk gives
Invoices and statements to download
The same invoices posted to Xero, with what is paid and what is due
Take orders after 15:00 for the following run
Shown clearly as the next run, so nobody expects it tomorrow
